About Taylor Life Transitions

Pamela Taylor, CPC, ACC, CCSP

I have been coaching individuals since I was too young to know what coaching was.  Whether it was relatives or friends who were going through troubled times, I felt my calling to help people discover for themselves new ways of thinking about an issue.   My life path led me to a 30 plus year career as a corporate executive and Chief Human Resources Director.  In this position, I had the opportunity to coach numerous executives and non-executives around job performance, career satisfaction, and interpersonal and team effectiveness.  Helping organizations and employees through major transitions was a major focus in my career and prepared me for my next chapter in coaching.  I followed my passion by becoming a certified professional in life coaching specializing in career and retirement coaching through the lens of health and wellness.   In addition to my accreditations below, I am  certified in administering the following assessments:  Myers Briggs,  Center for Creative Leadership Executive & Management 360s.

My clients are from all walks of life.   My vision is as partner working with individuals to maximize human potential.  I provide a safe, confidential space, guiding, inspiring and propelling individuals in new directions where their life is aligned with their essential nature and well-being.  I believe in the power of authenticity, transparency, respect, kindness and caring support.  I stand for learning, growth and transformation.
